You shouldn’t use Vonix demo import on an existing website. Vonix demo import works best on fresh installation. During import, it’ll transfer everything you see in our demo to your site so during the process it might OVERWRITE/ DELETE existing files and database.
Note. Please backup your old content as it will be removed after the demo import.
If you get error(500), error (501), error (503), error (504) then you can assume that some of those php parameters are not working well as all 5xx errors are server generated error and nothing to do with Theme. Try to talk to your hosting about the error and ask them to set those parameters properly. Hosting companies always tend to shrug off any responsibility and would say that it’s the theme which is causing the issue. Radiant Themes framework is being used on over 10000 sites across different hosting network and across the world and in 99% cases we see buyers don’t face any problem at all.
If nothing works for you, then please get in touch with Support Team with your HOSTING access and permission to transfer demo designs via WP staging method. We’ll require temporary access (cPanel for example) of your hosting (NOT just FTP) to initiate WP Staging.
Demo Design IMPORT WON’T WORK on WordPress.com and WP Engine hosted site.
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. So please change these values from hosting or from wp-config.php file. Have a look at screenshot.
wp-content folder is out side of public_html and only reference of that folder is here. Please correct it and theis type of security measures can be implemented after you import demos.

Your hosting has a 403 error that causes this problem. It appears this default WordPress functionality is blocked by your hosting or due to firewall your hosting is not able to reach our server at Amazon.

When you try to register the theme and getting “It appears wp_remote_get() function is disabled in your server. This type of hosting cannot work with RadiantThemes Library if the hosting fails to resolve this error.

The theme library cannot be used if your hosting block (which is known as 403 error) prevents you from retrieving data from a third-party site.
We have no control over this due to it being a hosting issue.
Multiple usage of same license code is not permitted as per https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard. One license is glued one domain and one development domain which can’t be changed once used. In other words, one license can’t be used on multiple installations.
You need to delete the test site when your site is live. You don’t run 2 Sites simultaneously. I would suggest you to install it on a real domain as license shift is allowed just once. You can activate coming soon / maintenance mode on real domain and keep developing it.
Woocommerce shows only warning which sows this warning every after woocoomerce update.

We release updated template when we update our theme but as soon as woocommerce updates their version this messge will popup again. I know this is annoying but it’s the way this is. You may ignore or fix as per solution mentioned above.
