We recommend using WordPress recommended hosting – https://wordpress.org/hosting for better performance. However, you can use any hosting of your choice and make sure to have below settings: PHP Version: 8.0 or greater MySQL Version: 5.6 or greater upload_max0_filesize = 64M memory_limit = 256M max_input_var = 3000 max_execution_time 300 allow_url_fopen ON Make sure admin-ajax.php is not blocked by your hosting. This is important to import demo designs. Import might NOT work correctly in WordPress.com and WpEngine hosting where they restrict plugin installation even from WordPress repository such as Unyson and Duplicator.Also your hosting must have cUrl enabled and wp-ajax.php unblocked. Please Note: Your domain or staging site must have SSL enabled to activate the theme and import demo from our server. Our server would reject any non ssl request. You won’t be able to activate theme or import demo if you try to to use Vonix on localhost or on a standalone ip. Demo import won’t work on WordPress.com hosting and Wpengine.com. If you plan to use those hosting then please don’t buy Vonix.

You shouldn’t use Vonix demo import on an existing website. Vonix demo import works best on fresh installation. During import, it’ll transfer everything you see in our demo to your site so during the process it might OVERWRITE/ DELETE existing files and database.

Note. Please backup your old content as it will be removed after the demo import.

If you get error(500), error (501), error (503), error (504) then you can assume that some of those php parameters are not working well as all 5xx errors are server generated error and nothing to do with Theme. Try to talk to your hosting about the error and ask them to set those parameters properly. Hosting companies always tend to shrug off any responsibility and would say that it’s the theme which is causing the issue. Radiant Themes framework is being used on over 10000 sites across different hosting network and across the world and in 99% cases we see buyers don’t face any problem at all.

If nothing works for you, then please get in touch with Support Team with your HOSTING access and permission to transfer demo designs via WP staging method. We’ll require temporary access (cPanel for example) of your hosting (NOT just FTP) to initiate WP Staging.

Demo Design IMPORT WON’T WORK on WordPress.com and WP Engine hosted site.

Themeforest license allows you to use a theme on a single website. To use vonix on multiple websites you need to buy additional licenses.

Your hosting has a 403 error that causes this problem. It appears this default WordPress functionality is blocked by your hosting or due to firewall your hosting is not able to reach our server at Amazon.

OR

Your hosting might be blocking the WP remote get function, which is why problem occurs. Please contact to your Hosting provider to enable this function, which is WordPress’s default function, https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_remote_get/

Any stander hosting by default keeps it enabled. For best result, try to use WordPress recommended hosting https://wordpress.org/hosting/ . Please read https://themeforest.net/wordpress-hosting . For low cost vps you can trust DigitalOcean .

If your hosting company failed to solve the problem, then share your hosting control panel access and WordPress access and we’ll do the needful.

When you try to register the theme and getting “It appears wp_remote_get() function is disabled in your server. This type of hosting cannot work with RadiantThemes Library if the hosting fails to resolve this error.

The theme library cannot be used if your hosting block (which is known as 403 error) prevents you from retrieving data from a third-party site.

We have no control over this due to it being a hosting issue.

Multiple usage of same license code is not permitted as per https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard. One license is glued one domain and one development domain which can’t be changed once used. In other words, one license can’t be used on multiple installations.

You need to delete the test site when your site is live. You don’t run 2 Sites simultaneously. I would suggest you to install it on a real domain as license shift is allowed just once. You can activate coming soon / maintenance mode on real domain and keep developing it.

Woocommerce shows only warning which sows this warning every after woocoomerce update.

We release updated template when we update our theme but as soon as woocommerce updates their version this messge will popup again. I know this is annoying but it’s the way this is. You may ignore or fix as per solution mentioned above.
